Gina Paris Design

Gina Paris is an award winning interior designer. As a client, she is really great to work with, and is intuitively creative. She came to us needing a logo, and a fresh new look for her branding,. In addition, she needed a new website to showcase her design services, qualifications, and amazing portfolio. She also wanted to promote the custom furniture renovation segment of her business.

When designing her logo, we wanted to communicate Gina’s intuitive and creative spirit, and relate it to interior design. We chose a clean and stylized version of the enso symbol, an open circle symbol seen frequently in Japanese art, as the structure of her logo. The enso symbol has many different meanings, and one of it’s common translations is related to zen in which it captures the creative moment where the mind is free, and creativity is channeled through the body & spirit. The inner part of her logo is a free flowing watercolor paint done in blue and aqua marine, with a script font representing her signature flowing out of the open end of the circle. We used watercolor, paint, and Gina’s creative spirit as recurring themes througout all of her branding.

The Hickory Grove Flower Farm website was a really fun project and the owner, Jess, has a very positive energy and was great to work with. We chose a lavendar and grey pallate to accentuate her colorful floral arrangements and sourced a goat photo that became a mascot for her business. We also included lots of weathered wood to give a rustic feel to her branding. We did a re-design of her logo and designed versions for different placement with added color accents to match her branding.

Logo Designs

We designed 3 different logos for Gina, two of them were for her interior design company, to accommodate different space requirements. The third logo was designed for the furniture renovation and interior design blog and videos.
